that you wonder what it's like
just to have someone special
to be with you, to hold you tight
do you ever wonder why
it takes so much to say
just a simple word
just a second from your day
do you ever feel so hurt
and lost upon the pain
you think you you could end it here
as you stumble through the rain
no where left to go
no one left to call
a whole story to tell someone
a heart full of sorrow to contain
don't you ever want
someone to tell it hurts
someone to know how you feel
someone so like yourself, like they could understand
someone who knows the pain really is real
