You will need: jar of maraschino cherries with stems semi-sweet chocolate chips or semi-sweet baking chocolate In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in the microwave, 2 minutes on high, stirring half-way through. (Or melt chocolate in a double-boiler.) Drain the cherries. Dip the cherries into the melted chocolate. Put them on waxed paper to cool. Or make Chocolate covered Strawberries. Dip the strawberries half-way into the melted chocolate. When cool, put each strawberry in a Valentine cupcake liner. [ Back to "Valentine Day" page ] |
