Make mini-heart sandwiches by cutting out bread hearts with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Make pink cream cheese by adding a few drops of red food coloring to cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Decorate with slivers of red pepper. Make larger sandwiches by cutting the bread with a larger heart-shaped cookie cutter.
